Hefney Khalifa is a founder and Managing Director of The Obscidion Group.   He has extensive International work experience throughout the Middle East including engagements in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Jordan.   He brings over 25 years of experience across management consulting, accounting, and finance.

Mr. Khalifa spent the first ten years of his professional career working in public accounting and corporate finance for entities such as KPMG Peat Marwick, News Corp., and the Culver City, Ca government. He has held multiple positions spanning from an auditor to a comptroller. His experience covers areas such as assurance, budget formulation, tax planning and compliance, financial statement analysis, government and Non-Profit accounting, and financial statement analysis and reformulation.

Mr. Khalifa subsequently spent several years working as a management consultant. During his consulting career he assisted Global 500 companies with developing robust solutions to complex problems. He has held positions working for top management consultancies such as A.T. Kearney and KPMG Consulting.  He has advised clients in the areas of Strategy, Operations, Business Transformation, Business Process Improvement, and Business Process Off-Shoring.

Mr. Khalifa has an MBA from the University of Rochester and a B.S. Accounting from the University California State University Northridge.
